This paper proposes a new type of classification algorithm. This model not only uses a black box optimization method to determine it's hyperparameters it also uses black box learning, computation, and representation methods. They call their method *magic* and claim that it has an infinite VC dimension and is also O(1) to compute! They cite magellan the wizard for telling them the secrets of magic.
